I have integrated the cute live support in my website to test it.

 

Everything is going fine except one thing (important issue thoe...)

 

When i select a customer in de operator application, all his profile is filled corectly on the right side except the URL.

Referrer is filled with the url of the page the customer visited before the page he is currently viewing.

 

The URL feature is very important for me.

 

Help please.

 

It's a known issue and we will fix it in the new version.

For your information, 

I had this issue with Firefox and Netscape 7.2 (Operator console says customer is using Gecko)

In IE6 the field URl is filed with the right thing.
