I have two questions.  One, can you remove the channel drop down from the chat interface?  I want to do customer service on my site and I just want to know if there is a different interface for that you can he a sound when someone comes on to chat with you?  What is the url in cute chat?

Anybody solved this? seems like the number of options are ignored... for example, "showtypingindicator" (or something similar) config setting seems to be ignored, and i see "asdf is typing"... a number of other settings seem to be ignored as well, is there a way to modify a master template to "cut out" certain sections?
