We are using the latest version of CuteChat 3.1 for .Net 2.0 and have it integrated in our existing user database. In our application, in wich we have integrated CuteChat session timeouts ocassionaly without reason. (The should not happen anyway when CuteChat is enabled). In our opinion, the problem is probably connected with CuteChat. Therefore i have the following questions:

 

- Is the problem known by anybody and are there any solutions or work arrounds.

- Does CuteChat change, create or delete any Files? In our environment this is very important to know

- Is it possible or exists there a recommanded manner on how to make CuteChat not updating the session (using its own timestamp i guess)

 

This is very important to us and I would appreciate any help.
