Using custom buttons with autoconfigure

Hey

I've been looking through the forums but have not been able to find a post about this.

I want to use the autoconfigure xml templates for the layout of my cuteeditor on the page but i also want to be able to add custom buttons. Is this possible and if so how would i go about this.

The custom buttons can not be added in autoconfigure xml file directly.
