I would like to prevent execution of style.css.aspx and would like to use static style.css instead (or no style at all - I would define my styles in my own stylesheets.). The same is for *.gif.aspx and so on. 

 

Can you please answer me as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

You can just delete all the themes you don't need.

No, it's by design and it can't be changed.
