Anchor tags getting replace when inserting template

When inserting a template, any anchor tags get reformatted like:

ORIGINAL

<a class=orange href=Http://www.pinewoodfilmstudios.co.uk/unsub.aspx?GUID=##GUID##&EMAIL=##EMAIL## <strong>UNSUBSCRIBE</strong></a>

REPLACED WITH

<a class=orange href="http://localhost/BulkMailer/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Dialogs/InsertTemplate.Frame.Aspx?settinghash=36e85a98&UC=en-US&BG=%23efefef#Http://www.pinewoodfilmstudios.co.uk/unsub.aspx?GUID=GUID&EMAIL=EMAIL" target=_new><strong>UNSUBSCRIBE</strong></a>

I've seen some posts from 2003 about this. Any advice anyone?

This issue is resolved.

Please make sure you are using the latest build of version 5.3.
