I have a post here for some days with no answer, i tryed to find an conctact form or email for support on cutesoft.net web site but i didn't.

How does support work here?

the didn’t answer Ronbl Q too, they have bad support here…

You can email support@cutesoft.net but it won't do any better than the forum.  I have even sent an email to sales@cutesoft.net and haven't gotten any response.

 

I have just about come to the conclusion that to invest any more time and effort in making this software work properly is time and effort wasted.
