When I use the editor to insert a hyperlink and the dialog appears - the dialog does not render correctly.  The Russian characters are displayed as garbage.

 

Any text, labels, buttons in English are displayed correctly.  Only the Russian words are messed up.

 

What could be causing this?

Pls visit http://cutesoft.net/example/localization.aspx , select Russian, and then select "Insert Hyperlink",  does it display correct?

Thanks for the response.  The answer to your question is Yes, it does appear to display correctly.

 

What do you suspect is the problem?  Could it be the Russian language file perhaps?
