Using License for Cute Editor for .Net ver:5

Now We are using the update of Cute Editor Version 5.
do we need to use the license file given with Cute Editor 1.0 or the new license file given with the new downloaded file?

If you own version 3.0+ liense, thel license file will work for the version 5.0.
