custom button-Insert Paragraph

We are working on a html template,inside the cuteeditor,when trying to edit the content,when i click on custom button-(Insert Paragraph ) i gets inserted below the template,whereas all other buttons work within the template

plz help

The latest version 5.0 allows you edito the template file online. You don't need to create your own.
