Problems with viewing on MAC environment

Hello,

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the product working on MAC's. I switched from another text editor specifically because is had XML which was incompatible with MAC. This product claims to work on Macs - I've tested several times and it doesn't appear to be? Any help would be appreciated.
