Hi,

I have a customer who is unable to use our website to upload using AspUploader.  He has got ie8 and also Chrome and neither seem to work.

in IE8 he cannot select multiple files using the CTRL or SHIFT key, only one at a time and then he gets at error of "Unknown error..!" message box pop up

in chrome he can select multiple files, but then receives an error of "html5: The upload task is interrupted!"

I know the code is okay as many of our customers are using it without an issue in IE8 and IE9  so am wondering if its down to his IT people locking down his browsers and turning off an option or similar which would cause these problems?

Any advice?

1. Multiple files select issue.

The multiple files select function is based on html5/silverlight/flash plug-in of the browser, please ensure that his IE 8 has silverlight or flash plug-in install.

Let your client try on demo page http://aspuploader.com/demo/form-multiplefiles.asp, if this demo page works for you, then I suggest you download the latest build and try again. 

2. Got error.

In your client's pc, I think his firewall or antivirus prevent the upload, you can disable them to try again.
