I'd like to see the ability to chat between agents in the same way you chat with customers. Sometimes when they whisper they reply in the wrong place.

You can find "Agents" tab in conversations area, you can post messages there, other agents will can see your messages.

Eric,
I know about the Agents Tab. What I would like is the ability to have a new tab for private conversations between agents. The whisper functionality is ok but it would be nice to have a tab just like regular chats.

You can whisper or post messages in "Agents" tab, the specific tab for private conversations between agents is not supported.

I know it is not supported...That is why I am saying it would be a useful feature...
