    I'd like to drop the dialog box "Log off and exit Cute Live Support" when I click the big red "X" in the upper left.  I would always like the system to run in the background (HIDE) without having it ask me each and every time I click the "X".  Any chance of that?

    The dialog box "Log off and exit Cute Live Support" is the default funcationality. With source code license for operator client, you can update  it and meet your requirement.
