Hi,

I want to know is there any character limit or word limit in cute live support message text box in "Offline Message Form".

If no, how do I do that?

AYM,

There is no character limit for the textbox in the offline message form.

If you need to setup a limit, you need to modify CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\SupportFeedback.aspx.

Change:

<asp:TextBox Runat="server" TextMode="MultiLine" id="input4" Width="220" Height="60"></asp:TextBox>

to:

<asp:TextBox Runat="server" MaxLength="100" TextMode="MultiLine" id="input4" Width="220" Height="60"></asp:TextBox>
