Forcing popup window in IE for Paste as Plain Text and Paste as HTML

I was wondering how you would force the popup window, that appears in Firefox, in Internet Explorer when a user selects to either Paste as HTML or Paste as Plain Text. The way that IE works is different without the window and I think the window would do a great job of cleaning it all up. Let me know how to do this. Thanks.

Many users don't want the clean popup windows in Firefox. They want the same behavior of IE. But we cannot achieve this due to firefox limiation. :)

For your request, it's possible technically. But it will request a custom solution.
