    We have students who log into chat during a live presentation on the web. This morning, certain students are constantly getting logged off for inactivity. The max idle time for the room is set to 180 minutes. Some students who are getting logged off are using IE 7, IE8 and FireFox. It is only happening to about 4 out of 11 students but about every 5 minutes they get kicked out. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate any advice!

    As a side note, we did try to raise the max idle time

    Did you ever get an answer for this?   This happens a lot to us as well.   About 3 of 10 members get booted, and have to reconnect - sort of annoying.
     
    Admins - any response or suggestions?
