In the Customer window of the operator client, we can not see visitors who are using Firefox. In fact, we can only see visitors who are using IE.

Is there an explanation or fix? We have version 3.1.

We have tested firefox and it works fine.

 

Does it used to work or it stops working recently?

 

 

We never noticed before until somebody in the office was doing a test on Firefox and Safari. Then we paid attention to the browser type and found that all the customers that show in the Customers tab are using IE.

Is there a place that controls what browser can be detected? We do have the broswer monitor javascript on the page.

Can you see the firefox users using Version 5.0?

 

We don't have this problems with our version 3.1 testing.

We haven't tried 5.0 yet. We have the operator client source code and have made some interface customizations. I wonder if we have somehow broken the original function. Is there a place to check in the operator client source code?
