    ASP.NET 2.0 Site built with 6.0

I've inherited a web site running ASP.NET 2.0.  The web designer sent us all the files EXCEPT the CuteEditor and told us to download our own copy and get our own license for it.

I downloaded v6.3 and installed it in the BIN directory and replaced all the files in the CuteSoft_Client folder which the new version.  The site itself is working fine until you reach a page that has to load CuteEditor.

When I reach a page that loads CuteEditor, here is what happens.

If I comment out lines 180 & 181, I get an error saying it could not find version 6.0.0.0

My question is if an ASP.NET application was built using v6.0, am I required to use v6.0 to get it to work?  That would explain why v6.3 is not happy with this site.  Or, is my problem something completely different.  Please advise.
