We are evaluating Cute Editor for our application and one of the functions we really do need is the ability to define editable and non-editable regions. The application will be that we will provide our users a template and we need to be able define what portion of that template they are able to edit and what is fixed and can't be changed.
But we have two issues with that. One is that in a non-IE editor it doesn't seem to function at all and the other is that even in IE although a region can't be edited it CAN be deleted.
Are we doing this correctly? Is there another way to define regions that cannot be edited/changed/deleted?
