Thank you for your reply, i already paseted the licence file you sent to me and now i got another error message when i am trying to connect to the cute live chat operator as follow

how can i solve this problem.note that i there are no problem with security

Please help me

I think it could be a license file issue. Please download the latest trial version then try again.
