Editor very slow to respond using Internet Explorer

We've been getting a lot of complaints from people using the Editor with IE. We set up an example at http://searchwarp.com/EditorTest.asp

It the backspace can take as long as 5 seconds per character and it gets worse the longer the HTML is in the editor.

Please let me know what I can do.
