Testing Cute Live Support on a local workstation, both the webapplication and the "Live Support Operator" client.
Everything seems to work fine: A chat initiated by the "visitor" can be answered by the agent (both on the local machine) and the chat works ok.
After this, the chat gets disconnected by either the agent or the visitor: All ok.
However, the next chat initiated by the "visitor" will not work correctly: The agent gets the call, the call can be answered, but then, in the agent's application (conversation window), the following message appears:
Connecting...
The connection to the chat server is lost. ERROR;
The chat window (web/visitor) shows:
Please wait, connecting to server...
Connected!
Chatting at this point is not possible. A way to get it working again is to do an IIS-reset, which obviously, is not a valid workaround.
Looking forward to a solution.
