I am using the stand alone version of the latest release and I see several posts of users who want to DISABLE sounds and pop-ups however my team of remote techs WANT to hear the sound or some visual notification when they are not actively monitoring the chat window.

 

I see the mp3 in the SOUNDS folder but am not sure how to invoke this feature. We currently only get sound on enter/exit of the chat room. I have toggled the sound and the auto-focus switches to no avail. Thoughts?

By default the sound is enabled.

 

We can do a test.

Can you join one of your chat room and send some flood messages?

 

You will receive an alert window with the alert sound.

For the web messenger, can you login and send a nudge to another online user?
