Hello,

 

I have purchased LiveSupport v4.

 

I have also got license key for this.

I have confusion as where to place this license key.

 

I have already placed it in my application's bin folder and livesupportweb's bin folder.

 

But still when i try to use "http://www.mysite.com/livesupportweb/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Messenger.aspx"

page, it says license key not found.

 

Please let me know if any where else i need to place this license key.

 

Please help me to solve this issue ASAP.
