Upgrade from 3.1 to 4.0 problem

Hi, I'm testing upgrade from 3.1 to 4.0. But I'm getting the errors below.

http://localhost/virdir/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Messenger.Aspx,3420
'_cc_version' is undefined
window_error

When upgrading, have you removed the old DLLs and client files?

That is what I did. Do you know why I might be getting this error? May that will help me troubleshoot more. Thanks!

1. Download the version 4.1

2. Create a new virtual dirtory and install the version 4.1 only.

3. If the problem exits, put your site online and set up FTP access for us.
