I able to Insert the Image using the Image Editor, Can I automatically set the Image Position to Absolute or Relative after the the Image is inserted into Cute Editor?

There is no API which allows you do this directly.

 

You can do this using Test CuteEditor_OnChange event. After you insert the images, search this image and change its position to absolute.
