I am not sure if this is related or not but I will start with it. I recieved my license file and I copied it in place of the existing cutemesseger.lic  at the location of c:\cutechatstandalone\framework 2.0 Web\bin.

I can't login in to the system as a user or admin. I get the message that anonymous users are not allowed and that I have to login. My registered users are still in the system. What might have happened? Did I do something wrong with the license file? I haven't change anything else.

It has nothing to do with license file.
