what kind of support do you have? I have never seen such a support like this here.
Your customers are working with you product and there are trying to make your product better but
you are often IGNORING the questions and problems. Thats a BAD SUPPORT!
Maybe you will find a moment to answer this thread.
The language problem still exists and it is not fixed yet and unanswered.
