I see there is a way to send a link through the chat session to the customer, however, this opens the link in a new window instead of the original window that they were on before starting the chat session.
It would be nice if the link would target the opening window and set focus to it when clicked on by the user.
If they start opening multiple windows on the site it makes it difficult for the operator to follow the pages with the customer.
It would be ideal if the customer info to the right of the chat session updated with what page the customer's window was currently on so the rep could make sure the customer was viewing the correct page. Another nice have would be if the rep could click on the link under the customer info and it would open under the "Home" tab.
Is there an option to setup any of these kinds of features or are there any plans for these in the works?
