Image problems

I loaded the demo on our website yesterday, and noticed the logo.gif icon in the upper left corner of the chatroom always shows as a red X. I checkedt the directory it said it was located in and the file is there, so I am not sure why the picture isn't showing. All the others are.

It's strange.

Please open CH_MainForm.aspx and find the following code:

And manully change it to the some URL (http://cutesoft.net/data/livesupport_round.gif)

Then test again.

If it works, login as admin, choose the configuration tab >> Type this Url in the "Logo Url " field.
