A valid license can not be granted

Hello

I downloaded a copy of the image gallery yesterday but can not get it to work. I get a valid license error. I have checked the other posts on this issue and done all the suggestions. Is it a case that I also need to have a key emailed to me?

Have you created a new virtual directories and point it to the files folder for testing?
