Broken Images

Image is broken if the image path contains number under windows platform, what should i do ?

e.g. if the image is uploaded to following folder
/ImagesFolder/CuteEditor/Testing/1/image.gif

but the src in html code would be

the Path is not correct, why ?

How do you set your ImageGalleryPath?

Hi,

Currently using the default value and it happen only when the folder path conatins numbers,

which means I can preview the images correctly if the path all contains characters only.

It looks like the number (1) in your image path has been converted to some special characters.

I can't reproduce the problems on our side.

Can you tell me which version of CuteEditor you are using?

Is your site online so you can provide a URL?

sorry, can't provide the URL.

the version is 5.0

then can i disable the html encoding or prevent the editor modifying the image path ?

You can disable the HTML encoding by setting Editor.EncodeHiddenValue Property to false.

Editor.EncodeHiddenValue Property

By default Cute Editor will encode the value in the Hidden field automatically. You can turn it off by setting this property to "false". If this property is set to false, ValidateRequest="false" in the page directive is required.

But I am not sure it helps.
