DotNetNuke installation problem - Unhandled error loading module.

Good Day,

I just reinstalled Dotnetnuke and Cute Editor from scratch today
and I'm getting a Unhandled error loading module error when
going to a page and trying to edit the conten on the page.

Any ideas as what might be causing this error in my configuration?
The default editor works but the Cute Editor gives me the above error.

I have included the log file for the error.

Can you login as admin and copy/paste the error details?

That's not the error detail.

I had a look Adam - It appears the Lic file is missing -

Locally I have installed it without error, even setup my configuration of the screen to be on 3 rows with the common elements used in places I like and very happy with it.

Now I'm going to try and get it working in sync with the core team forums..

The license file was located in the following place when Nina took a look.
I placed the lic file in the C:\infotrails-old\DotNetNuke\bin folder
Is this the correct place for it?

Nina was right. It's the license file that is causing the problems.

The problem is that I'm using a 4.5 version license file with 5.1 version of the CuteEditor.
I have requested a new license.

Don,

If you own a license of CuteEditor version 3.x, 4.x, you can use the same license file in the CuteEditor version 5.1.

You don't need a separate license for the version 5.1.

I do own a 4.5 version of the license.
When I try to replace the the demo license with my IP license
key the error occours. I have recopied the key from the
email karen sent me when I bought the software and still no luck.

Any Ideas?

Don,

Karen told me your server has another IP address (maybe internal). Please run the file she sent to you on your server.

We will create a new license file based on the result.

I think the mail filters are getting in the way.

I have made some adjustments.

Could you ask Karen to send here emails to me again.

Thanks Adam and Karen,

For those that read this thread.
The installation is easy and straight forward.

When I requested the license file I made the mistake of
sending them my external ip address coming into my internal network
instead of sending them The server nic ip address.

I was not able to be at my computer as much as I would have liked
during this time which caused this to take longer than it should have.

The software works like a charm and is easy to install.

Thanks again to the Cutesoft Team for their patience and help.

I'd like to second that - I use DNN and a variety of both free and purchased editors, for clients mainly who have different budgets to work with.

I must say this latest build of the editor is great.. I've even been able to customise is so I only have appearing the tools I want, and displayed in the location I want. So now none of the forms elements display, everything is in 3 nice neat rows, with the image functionality on the left where I like it.

Great Job Adam - this is a very nice build - particularly the permissions - I'm testing them out on our forums at the moment.
