How to allow images with the same name to be updated/uploaded

Hi Adam,

Is there a way to allow images with the same name to be updated/uploaded? Right now, if you want to update an image with the same file name and overwrite something that exists, a java message appears telling you that the file exists, but apparently, you cant update the file.

Jackie,

If the CuteEditor security policy file, you find the following setting:

<security name="OverWriteExistingUploadedFile">false</security>

If the file is already available when uploading, CuteEditor won't allow the file is uploaded.

You can set it to true if you want to disable this feature.

Thank you for your reply , that works.

But if you click the first Insert image button (the one has thumbnails), upload the images with the same name and overwrite something that exists, But the thumbnail can not be update, still show the old one.
