Im using cuteEditor.net v3

I have to upload excel files, how can I do that with version 3 ?

The version 3.0 doesn't have the feature to Restricting Files by Extensions.

You can use the Downloadable Files dialog to upload the excel files.

Btw, it's free to upgrade to the version 5.0.
