external messaging with Web Messenger

Is it possible to send messages externally to Web Messenger?

For example, the Web Messenger client is open, would it be possible to send a message from one user to another via a separate non-Web Messenger window like the website itself?

One more question, is it possible to embed the buddy list window into the actual website? Does this cause an issues as the user changes pages? Thanks.

The Web messenger works this way.

Before you send a message to the taget user, you need add the target user into your contact list first.
