Does the chat program have to store all chat in the CuteChatMessage table? It's the only table that is growing and I don't really have a need to keep the old chat information. Is there an option that tells cutechat not to store the information or can I set a truncate job daily that wont disrupt the chat? it would be something like Truncate Table CuteChatMessage.

You can create one Stored procedure or trigger which will execute on mid night and delete all messages which is not used by the current login users.

Yes, you can go ahead and truncate that table.
