i want help ...bcoz i am new in this field  ,,,,,,,,i want to learn ASP.net ....... so can anybody tell me what should i do first..........i have the tutorial of 2.0 version . and which version is having demand in today's market ? 

When an operator transfers the chat to another operator then the chatdialog from the first operator is not visible to the new operator.   Is there a configuration option for achieving this visibility at the transfering operator.   This is nessesary in a support situation where the first dialog with the user is handled by a helpdesk ...
