When an operator transfers the chat to another operator then the chatdialog from the first operator is not visible to the new operator.

 

Is there a configuration option for achieving this visibility at the transfering operator.

 

This is nessesary in a support situation where the first dialog with the user is handled by a helpdesk that transfer the chat to the rigth operator.
