• Server side include tags

Is it possible to stop the editor from automatically deleting server side includes tags such as the following? <?php include('../../includes/navigation.txt'); ?> It would potentially be valuable if such tags were retained and simply ignored by the editor when code containing such tags is loaded into the editor.

  • The editor does not display font size within a re-accessed properties window

The editor properties window remembers and re displays most setting when it is re-accessed, although not font sizes. For example, Scroll over some text and select a font size from the drop down size menu. This creates a span that encloses the selected text. Click within the text enclosed within the span and access the Span ...

  • Re: Odd snippet of code appearing in link url's

Thanks Eric. I have identified the cause of the problem and identified the solution. It is one of those dumb things that crop up from time to time when you are working away, and is due to a setting within another application. The problem and solution have has nothing to do with the editor. Although I will explain what happened ...

  • Wish list- Numbered lines, background color and colored tags in code view

I like to work in both wysiwyg view and also in code view, and it would be fantastic if the lines in the cutsoft editor's html view could optionally be numbered and the background of alternate lines be colored. Plus, having the option to display specific tag types in nominated colors or have nominated tags highlight with a nominated ...

  • Odd snippet of code appearing in link url's

I am finding the following snippet of code embedded within link url's in pages that have been edited using the editor. %0D%0A%0D%0A I have absolutely no idea where this code is coming from. It does not appear in all link url's, and the incidents of it's appearance in the code seems to be completely random. Has anyone else ...

  • Remove Link

Two features that I would like to see changed in the cutesoft editor are listed below. An instance of the Remove Link feature displayed within the LINK page of the Link Properties window. This would then group all important features relevant to creating, editing and deleting links within a single popup window, which would help to ...

  • Page properties window causes duplicate meta tags

Adam, A problem was previously reported in these forums regarding the automatic duplication of meta tags within the code of a page being edited within a cutesoft editor. I have identified through extensive user testing that this problem is definitely being caused 100% by the use of the Page Properties dialogue window, and is not being ...

  • show/hide none absolte div borders

One feature that the Cutesoft editor appears to lack which offline editors such as Kompozer posess, is the ability to display or hide temporary borders on non absolute divs. This would be similar to the display/hide feature that is available for absolute divs. If this feature were provided, I suggest that the temporary outlines be dashed 1px ...

  • Javascript marker

A valuable feature in the editor would be to display a marker in the editing window where javascript is found. This could be similar to the flag that displays where an anchor tag is found. The purpose of the marker would be to tell client users not to attempt to edit within that area of the page. I guess that the area could be locked, ...

  • Dashes change to underscore

I have noticed that cutesoft automatically changes dashes in a file name to underscores. However, according to the contents of a posting by Matt Cutts of Google, dashes are more valuable than underscores in a file name. Refer to the post at http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/dashes-vs-underscores/
