I am finding the following snippet of code embedded within link url's in pages that have been edited using the editor. 

 

 

I have absolutely no idea where this code is coming from. It does not appear in all link url's, and the incidents of it's appearance in the code seems to be completely random.

 

Has anyone else seen anything like this appearing randomly in their code?
