Hi Friends,

All ready I have some registered users,Now I am going to implement CuteLiveSupport to my exsiting online website.My question is that "Can Registered memberes possible to chat without filling the form again using CuteLiveSupport?".That is while the operator is online,some of my registered memberes come into chat,when the member click the chat button can directly redirect to chat window,without filling the name,email,questions etc .If Possible means where I need to change the code ???and How can I differenciate registered members and other visitors????IF I need to make any Database changes??I would Plan to put the chat button inside the member Login Page.and also one in Home page.?If Possible means Please help me...

Bijesh,

You have two choices:

1. Integration with an existing user membership database

2. Try use Page.User.Identity.Name to get the current username.

Hi Adam,

1) I think this intergration(existing membership db) is only for cutechat ,Not for CuteLiveSupport...If No means I need some more description how to implement.???....

2) Now I implemented cuteLiveSupport to my online Application,My Only Need is that when some users registerd in my site.and if they try to chat with the online support ,they can directly connect to the chat window with out entering the details again while clicking the chat button....

Bijesh,

The integration guide also works for Cute Live Support. If you finish integration with your application, the registered users don't need to input the details again.
