Is there a way to remove the ability of the user from leaving a rating on the agent.  I would be the only agent, so I wouldn't need this feature.

 

Also, is there a way to make the agent console screen pop-up when a new visitor is on the site?  I will have very few visitors, so I would like to know without having to maximize the agent console window if a visitor is on my site.

Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\SupportClient.aspx and find the following code:

 

<select id="dropdown_rate" onchange="SUI_RateTheAgent(this.value)">

 

change it to:

 

<select id="dropdown_rate" onchange="SUI_RateTheAgent(this.value)" style="display:none">
