Is there anyway to control the window size of the Insert Anchor window?  On Windows 98 the box is cut off so you cannot see the insert or cancel buttons.  Please see screen shot below:

Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Scripts\Constant.js and modify the following code:
