This is not working. These operators have not been registered so they are not showing up in the search AND there is no option to add them in if they do not return as a result of the search.

 

How do I add in NEW users that do not show up in search results?

As  TexMo correctly emphasize, there is no reults for any users at all...

 

Even if we try to add new users to our portal, we still cant get any results true Live Support - Administration Console.

I have registered that other also have this challange. We would be happy to see a solution for this, so that we could start testing...

I've been having the same difficulty as above, where i do what the video says, then i get to where you type in a name and nothing appears in the box below...

...in a previous response the guy said something about them not already being registered and that's where i got lost. Do i have to call cutesoft and register names over the phone or something before they will appear in the search box for me to add them?

...i have sent in several requests with no answer....so frustrated and would like to add users...
