Can Upload file size be set for the messenger - Snitz integration

People want to upload file larger then 97kb. Can this limit be set somwhere? In cutechat admin ther is a possiblility but it is this the right place to set the filesize upload limit?

Please login as admin, go to chat admin, choose Configuration tab.

In Global Access Control section, you can find:

Max File Upload Size

Defalult: 100000 byte

Please modify it to meet your requirements.

Adam,

That was my problem. Setting the limit to 5000000 byte has no effect, the user still got the message 97 kb.

Have you clicked the save button?

In the send files dialog, has the following message changed?

"Max file size must be less than 97.66 KB"

I have pressed the [Save] button. When i logout and login afterwards the setting is saved in [chat admin].

I have cleared the whole table and made the settings again. It worked.
