Admin account cross portal in DNN installation

One more question on the DNN installation for Live Support.  I can setup Live Support on two different portals on one DNN installation (seperate portals, seperate URLs and seperate admin accounts) and noticed when I logged into the Admin Configure form either portal it shows me the approved operators from all portals!  This is not good!  Each account I used was an Admin account, not a Host account.

Also, if I log on as an operator on one portal...the other portal shows operator available and can communicate via live help.

It appears that the functionality supports a global DNN installation, but does not allow the seperation of portals and portal operators?  Is this true?

Please advise as this is a core requirement for our DNN implementation.

    Adam,
Thanks for the reply...so are you saying that any operator logged in from any portal admin account will "see" all portals?  Are there plans to seperate this to follow the DNN portal structure more closely?

For example, using DNN module settings on a per portal basis to manage admin configuration data...then filter the Live Help Module to "see" only logged in operators for that portal?

We are in the evaluation phase with another live help for DNN that does this now.  It's about 10% of the cost of yours, but we appreciate your support on the other products we've purchased from you and prefer your interfaces.

Unforetunately this would be a deal killer for us (and I think most DNN installations out there)

Re: Admin account cross portal in DNN installation

    Bump,
Adam...any plans to make this work on a portal specific level within DNN?  Right now it doesn't really work for a DNN installation.

Seems like you are currently filtering the approved operators on the client...logging into their url...could tou restrict the view of users to only those on your logged in url?

Same live help link....only show operator availability for operators logged into that portal.

If you then made the admin config Host access only...then once a host sets up the portal (they would see all of the operators) you would be fine.

Thoughts, ideas, plans?  It's a great module and we would love to buy more software from you but can't use it with these current limitations.

    Please throw me a bone...

Hello?  Any additional information about this?  Should I try using your support line instead of the forum for this?
