I am getting this error, when i want to chat in on same local machine.....

first message box errors when i clicking live chat.

http://localhost/dnn400/DekstopModules/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/supportClient.aspx?location=Support&LocationID=18,2 invalid character object expected.

 
second message box..

third message box
