I used the chat feature for the first time yesterday.  There were 3 of us in the room.  I would say that 25% of the things that we typed never showed up in the chat area.  You could see that we were typing but when you hit enter nothing showed up.  We were all using FireFox.  I thought maybe that was the problem so I switched to IE.  It was a little better but there were still dropped messages.  Any idea what is going on and how I can fix this?  As it is now, it's frustrating and useless.  No one wants to retype every 3rd line.

I tried to update to the newest version but I got an error when trying to update the database and when I copy the files over it kills my site.

This is the error I'm getting when querying the database.

The following error occured while executing the query:
Server: Msg 2714, Level 16, State 6, Line 1
There is already an object named 'CuteSupportNote' in the database.

ok got it working again.  I'll let you know if this fixed the problem once I get to try it out.
